BILOSAF M SUSPENSION is a high-efficacy pediatric formulation combining Bilastine (10 mg) and Montelukast Sodium IP (4 mg) per 5 ml. Specially developed for the effective management of allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, and seasonal allergies in children, this oral suspension offers dual-action relief by targeting histamine receptors and leukotriene pathways.

Bilastine, a second-generation non-sedating antihistamine, provides long-lasting relief from symptoms such as sneezing, nasal congestion, watery eyes, and itching. Montelukast complements the action by inhibiting leukotriene-mediated inflammation, making it suitable for managing asthma-related symptoms and allergic rhinitis triggered by environmental allergens.
